Award Name: Darkwind's Guiding Light This commendation is awarded to members who occupy a sanctioned leadership position anywhere within the community. Leadership is always a voluntary act within The Crescent Order. It is never as easy as it should be, and inevitably takes more IRL time than it aught to. Those members who give their IRL time for the sake of managing our TCO community so that we all can have a place to call home have our gratitude.

In all cases, multiple demonstrations of maturity should be used to guide awarding this honor.
Award Name: Crest Of Fellowship The Crest Of Fellowship is awarded to members who spend substantial time assisting other veteran players achieve their goals with no opportunity for personal gain. This effort cannot be concurrent with what is considered "grinding" a player's own class or gaining any treasure or items beyond the nominal, as it is not considered a sacrifice of time. The veteran player(s) must benefit from this assisting period, as well. There must be distinct goals that need to be accomplished, and the player must offer help to accomplish it, rather than simply do the task for the player. There is a great difference between helping and giving.
